It was really shocking to see that a company in China is selling child sex dolls – designed specifically to represent prepubescent girls. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing, I had just assumed that something like that would be illegal – how could it not be? I just felt so angry and disgusted that somebody would be selling such a thing.
The child sex doll is made out of a ‘silicone-like material’ and comes in three sizes – small, medium and large. There is no way that this kind of thing should be allowed to happen – it’s so wrong and creepy. It’s hard to imagine that anybody would actually want to buy one of these dolls. What sort of person would find it appealing?
As an adult, it’s hard to think of any reason why anybody would want to own one of these dolls. This kind of behaviour only serves to normalise and perpetuate the sexual abuse of children.
I know that people have different opinions and that nobody should be judged for them, but I find this really distressing. Seeing a company producing such a thing just makes me feel so uncomfortable and sad. It just goes to show how there are still people out there in the world who are not only okay with this kind of thing but who are actively trying to make money from it.
I mean, I suppose there could be some people who actually think it’s a good idea to have a child sex toys doll and who see it as a form of play. But seeing these dolls out in the open and on sale, makes my skin crawl. I don’t know anyone who would approve of something like this – it’s just totally wrong.
It seems crazy to me that this kind of thing has to be designed and manufactured. It’s a harsh reminder that there are still so many people out there in the world that engage in such despicable acts. It just goes to show how far society has to go in terms of child protection.
It’s a shame that we have to be so vigilant and keep a watchful eye out for such things. I can only hope that the sale of these dolls is stopped, and that something like this never happens again. How can it happen in this day and age?
It just doesn’t seem right. I don’t know what sort of person would be attracted to something like this. It’s sickening and sex dolls wrong and I hope that everyone will join together to put a stop to it.
In addition to being extremely unethical, it might also be illegal in many countries – not just because these dolls are often manufactured with underage bodies and faces but because buying and selling these dolls is a form of child abuse. The production of these dolls, whether knowingly or unknowingly, is the exploitation of real-life children and only serves to increase the disturbing reality that some people get pleasure out of using images of children for sexual gratification.
Furthermore, it is concerning because these dolls normalise the act of having sexual contact with minors which can be extremely damaging to the psychological and physical wellbeing of children. It could even lead to more serious criminal acts such as child sexual abuse or pedophilia.
In a world that is slowly but surely beginning to realise the importance of sexual consent and the right of children to be safe from sexual exploitation, the emergence of child sex dolls is a worrying trend that needs to be stopped and condemned. Not only is it illegal in many countries, but it also serves to perpetuate a culture of sexual abuse of children.
It is also important to note that there is a concerning power imbalance between the buyer and the child or dolls manufacturer. Not only are these dolls potentially made by those who are exploiting children’s bodies but in some instances it is possible for the purchaser to set the age and body type of the doll. This shifts all responsibility away from the purchaser, and onto those creating and selling the dolls.
There is also evidence to suggest that the physical and psychological risks of these dolls are not properly understood, and that their use could potentially lead to more serious and dangerous behaviours. While it is not banned everywhere yet, governments and policy makers need to be aware of the potential risks posed by these dolls, and take steps to prevent their manufacture and sale.
The issue of child sex dolls is a complex one, and although banning the sale of these dolls is a start, it is only small step in the larger goal of protecting children from sexually exploitative practices. It is all our responsibility to make sure that children are protected from such terrible practices, and to make sure that the production and sale of these dolls are illegal everywhere.
